Cromulent Live! October 17th in Kitchener
Update: you can read about the session in Talkin’ About Technical Communication.
—
On Wednesday, October 17th, I’ll be presenting at Communitech’s Technical Communication Peer-to-Peer group.
Here’s the blurb:
Solving a Business’ Tech Comms Needs
For a number of reasons, technology companies often struggle to articulate their value to their range of audiences (e.g., prospective customers, employees, investors, partners, analysts, etc).
In this session, Lee will draw on his varied experiences and observations to explore a number of specific communications challenges facing technology companies; while doing so, he’ll share how he thinks technical communicators can help businesses overcome these challenges to better serve their audiences’ diverse needs and to reap the related rewards.
If you haven’t seen me present before, then you’re in for a real treat! I’m an odd combination of animated, irreverent, slightly awkward (I gesture a lot), and – I like to think – informative! Plus I usually pepper my presentations with pop culture references, from Ma$e and Vanilla Ice to Rick and Morty and The Simpsons.
Sound like fun? Great – you can sign up here!
